  • All of the following group classes are both LIVE on ZOOM & in-person.:

  • We have 3 different Group Training memberships that are differentiated by the number of classes attended per week.

    • Minimalist x2/ week

    • Steady Progress - x3/ week

    • Strong Athlete - x5/ week

Membership payments are automatically charged each month on the day of the month the membership was first purchased.

  • Yes! You can cancel your membership at any time for any reason.

  • It is best to have completed the Strong Start Beginner Course before jumping into the KB Strength or KB Strength Endurance classes. This will make the classes more enjoyable for you & you will progress faster having learned safe and proper technique ahead of time.

Students looking to begin Strength & Strength Endurance Classes must have completed at least one of the following:

    • Strong Start Beginner Kettlebell Course (6 week course) to learn safe kettlebell technique while having fun!

    • Private Training 5-Pack to learn safe kettlebell technique in 1-on-1 sessions with a coach before jumping into class. *Students differ in learning styles and paces. If choosing private training, it may be necessary to get more than one 5-pack depending on the student.

    • 20-min Chat with a Coach to strategize around an optimal place to start based on your goals and experience

All movements will be taught in Hardstyle Kettlebell fashion. For students to stay safe and to enjoy classes fully, It is best to be well versed in kettlebell movement such as the Deadlift, Swing, Squat, Press, Turkish Getup & Clean.

  • The coaches will always demonstrate regressions/progressions appropriate for the students. We give set/rep options to match your strength & work capacity, & alternative exercises to match your body/movement history. The OMP coaches will be there with you for every rep to give feedback & ensure that you continue making progress.

  • In between every 8 week program we have a “Baseline” week where we assess where we are at with certain movements that matter to your goals. We also encourage every student to have a training notebook to write down important information about training sessions to compare with training sessions down the road.

  • Baselines are a core aspect of any health-focused journey - strength, mobility, conditioning, and even nutrition. Baselines verify what you already know and vitally clarify what you don’t know. From this position of clarity, we can put a focused program in place and track our progress. These baselines inform which weights or variations we start with in the next program.

Hi Coaches, Just wanted to say I have lost 20 pounds since I started working with you. I'm pretty happy about that. I'm even more happy about getting stronger, however. I love the classes! I've definitely gotten the kettlebell bug. I'm getting a couple more delivered this Thursday, a 12kg and 20kg (planning ahead!). :-) Thanks again. I really like all your dedication and how you work together!

Joining OMP last summer and finding a strength routine was definitely a highlight of the year. Our family is all way stronger from the kettlebell fundamentals and training. I would be totally psyched for a t-shirt! I am a size Mel. Thanks for all the programming and work you're doing remotely to keep the community strong and fit.

Skiing this week and there were such stunning views (at Heavenly in Tahoe). I felt much stronger than usual on the slopes yesterday- what a fun realization to feel my training pay-off!

I experienced my first "what the hell" effect, as Pavel seems to call, when I got back on my bike today after two months off. It felt great, the lactic acid buildup on hill climbs was notably reduced, and my aerobic capacity was on point. Really incredible to feel the effects of a year of kettlebell training combined with the S&S focus during the last half of 2020. Amazing what timeless swings and consistency can do!
