Strong Start Beginner Kettlebell Course

This 6-Week Program is intended to take beginner students with no Kettlebell experience & bring them up to speed on safe, effective KB technique for group classes at OMP.

 

Taking the Strong Start Kettlebell Course focuses on new lessons in the form of 3, 60-min sessions with detailed instruction & live practice. In the sessions, you’ll learn & get access to:

➋ The Swing

➌ The Get-up

➍ The Goblet Squat

➎ The 2-Hand Clean

➏ Insider strategies for long-term sustainable training to reach your goals

➐ Discord Community forum to ask additional questions/connect with the community

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation of the Strong Start Course can be made within 7 days of the first day of the course with a $125 cancellation fee.

As each kettlebell skill builds on the previous techniques learned, any missed class should be made up by watching the recording of the missed class so that the student does not fall behind. After watching the missed class recording, please take the initiative to ask questions about the new technique you missed! You can ask questions on the Strong Start Discord channel &/or send in videos for form checks &/or come to open gym times to get extra coaching.

If tuning into classes via Zoom, please note that coaching and individualized cueing is only possible when the student’s camera is turned on.

Completion of all 12 classes is expected prior to jumping into group classes. Students benefit most when they make the most of personalized coaching in the beginner Strong Start Course before joining a group training membership for further improvement.

Registration is for specific days and times. Due to space and equipment limitations and in order to keep the coach/student ratio in check, members cannot make up a class in a different Strong Start cycle.
